Yes. For reservations made more than 60 days before arrival, a 50% deposit is required to secure your stay. For reservations made 60 days or less before arrival, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

Yes. Minimum stays typically range from 3 to 5 nights, depending on the residence, dates, season, and availability. Minimum stay requirements may vary during major events and horse shows.

Yes. Weekly, monthly, and extended-stay rates are available depending on the residence and availability. Contact Swiss Stables directly for pricing and availability for longer stays.

Yes. Applicable taxes are added to reservations as required by Florida and local law. Short-term accommodations in Marion County are currently subject to a combined 11.5% lodging tax, which includes Florida sales tax, Marion County discretionary sales surtax, and the Marion County Tourist Development Tax. Any additional charges applicable to your individual reservation will be disclosed before your booking is finalized.

For reservations booked more than 60 days in advance, the remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before your arrival date. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment when booking.

Yes. Horse stalls are available exclusively to guests staying on the Swiss Stables property. Stall availability is limited and should be requested when making your accommodation reservation.
